Moscow considers Tokyo’s implementation of the policy of abandoning the peaceful development of Japan as a serious challenge to the security of Russia and the Asia-Pacific region as a whole, Deputy Foreign Minister Andrey Rudenko said, Report informs referring to Russian media.
According to Rudenko, Russia regularly voices its position on this matter: “We consider Tokyo’s activity as a serious challenge to the security of our country and the Asia-Pacific region as a whole.”
He stressed that if this practice continues, Russia will be forced to take adequate retaliatory measures in order to block military threats.
