During SIBU/Interaction 2021 joint strategic exercise, servicemen of the Russian military contingent and the People’s Liberation Army of China (PLA) will use unmanned aerial vehicles.

So, during the practical stage of the exercise on the basis of Tsingtungxia combat training ground in the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region of the People’s Republic of China (PRC), drones will be used everywhere, with the aim of observing, conducting reconnaissance actions, adjusting the fire of artillery systems and guns, and also inflicting fire damage at the targets of mock enemy from the air.

Currently, unmanned aircraft units are taking part in joint training, in the battle formations of both Chinese and Russian troops.

SIBU/Interaction 2021 exercise will be held from August 9 to 13 this year at the Tsingtungxia training ground. It was attended by more than 13 thousand military personnel and involved more than 400 units of military equipment.
