47 special commissions will be established at diplomatic missions of Mongolia abroad for citizens who will vote early in parliamentary elections, the Central Election Commission announced on Monday.

Parliamentary elections will be held in Mongolia on June 28. Citizens will have to elect 126 members to the Parliament. 78 MPs will be elected under the majoritarian electoral system, and 48 under the proportional system.
