At the meeting, the prospects of development of Fergana airport through reconstruction and modernization and the possibilities of participation of “Aeroporty Regionov” holding in this process were discussed.

Taking into account the population of Fergana valley regions and border regions of neighboring countries, expansion and modernization of Fergana airport is a promising project.

In the future, turning Fergana airport into an international transit hub between Europe and Asia, and increasing the volume of cargo by building an additional cargo terminal was highly appreciated.
