Real estate history now available online

The Cabinet of Ministers issued a resolution on August 14 approving the regulation on provision of governmental services related to real estate history.

Applicants can use this governmental service in several ways: in person at the Center for Governmental Services (CGS), online on the Single Portal of Interactive Public Services (SPIS) or on the website www.davreestr.uz.

Individuals need to fill out an application, including indicating the cadastral number of the property, as well as pay 0.5 of the base settlement unit (165 thousand soums).

After submitting the application, the result is provided within three working days. The result includes information about current and previous rights to real estate, information about the years of construction and changes in the area of the object, as well as the date of state registration.
