New appointments in the presidential administration

New appointments were made in the presidential administration. Gairatulla Yoziev has been appointed to the First deputy presidential adviser in charge of personnel policies.

Before his appointment, he worked as deputy chairman of the State Security Service.

Kakhramon Sariev was appointed Deputy presidential adviser on personnel policies.

Previously, Kakhramon Sariev served as Minister of Economy and Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan. Since December 2022, he served as First deputy presidential adviser in charge of civil service, dialogue with the population and coordination of the activities of local authorities.

Ulugbek Muhammadiyev was appointed to the position of deputy presidential adviser in charge of personnel policies/Director of the president’s public reception.

In 2008-2017, Ulugbek Muhammadiyev worked as a judge of the Tashkent City Court for criminal cases. He later became Deputy State Counselor, from 2018 to 2020 he served as First Deputy Adviser to the President on issues of protecting citizens’ rights and handling appeals, and in the summer of 2020 he was appointed head of the Public Services Agency.
