Upcoming Indian Navy Ships Visit to Brunei Darussalam

Two Indian Navy ships, Ins Shıvalık and Ins Kadmatt are scheduled to arrive tomorrow at Muara Commercial Wharf with the aim to further enhance bilateral ties with the Royal Brunei Navy.

In accordance with existing COVID-19 guidelines and protocols set by the Prime Minister’s Office and the Ministry of Health, this visit will fully feature non-contact activities as well as virtual interactions between both the Royal Brunei Navy and the Indian Navy without the crew disembarking from their ship.

The Ministry of Defence is fully committed in adhering to the health and safety guidelines in place to ensure the safe conduct of any ship visits during this period whilst meeting the objectives of defence diplomacy.
