North Macedonian Parliament enters day three of the debate on the negotiating framework for the opening of the country’s accession negotiations with the EU, proposed by the French EU presidency in late June.
There are still three MPs left for discussion, after which the Parliament will have to decide on the Government report on the French proposal – EU negotiating framework.
