“It is necessary to increase humanitarian aid. The people of Ukraine are facing a double problem – war and winter. This includes a shortage of electricity, heating and other supplies, and a sharp increase in humanitarian needs. The international community and humanitarian organizations must help Ukraine rebuild its shattered infrastructure by providing winter supplies, equipment and heating, as well as meeting the vital needs of vulnerable groups such as refugees and internally displaced persons,” Geng Shuang said.

“Children are the most vulnerable. China calls for maximum attention to the needs of children,” he added.
