Zakir Hasanov, Hulusi Akar discuss regional security issues

Turkish National Defense Minister Hulusi Akar met Azerbaijani Defense Minister, Colonel-General Zakir Hasanov in Ankara.

First, an official welcoming ceremony was held for Zakir Hasanov, Report informs.

He was welcomed by his Turkish counterpart Hulusu Akar. Hasanov signed a book of remembrance of the Turkish Ministry of National Defense.

Then a one-on-one meeting was held between the defense ministers of the two countries. The meeting continued with the joint participation of representatives of the two countries.

The meeting focused on bilateral and regional cooperation in the defense, security, and defense industry sectors.
