The Head of the Representative Office of the Ministry of Labor, Social Security and Migration of Kyrgyzstan in Russia, Zharkynay Galieva, met with the leadership of the relevant departments of the Russian Federal Service for Labor and Employment.
They discussed protection of labor rights of citizens of Kyrgyzstan residing in Russia. They also discussed issues such as non-payment of wages, compensation for industrial injuries, and other social payments, as well as the labor activities by Kyrgyzstanis in the context of recent changes in the migration legislation of Russia.
The parties agreed to hold joint communication and explanatory events on the legal labor activities in Russia in order to ensure legal awareness of citizens.
