Swedish Foreign Minister Tobias Billstrom could not confirm that his country would complete NATO membership in 2023, but said there was progress, Report informs referring to TASS.
“I don’t want to set a specific timeframe. As soon as all the conditions of the tripartite memorandum are met, we will see how the ratification [of the protocol on accession of Finland and Sweden to NATO] by the Turkish parliament takes place,” the Swedish minister said.
