Tajikistan and Poland organize political consultations

Head of the Department of European and American Countries Sohibnazar Gayratsho of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Tajikistan and Vice Director of the Eastern Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Poland Marek Calka held political consultations between Tajikistan and Poland in Dushanbe on October 7, the Foreign Ministry of Tajikistan reported.

The parties discussed the current state and prospects for the development of Tajik-Polish relations. They exchanged views on important bilateral issues related to politics, trade, economics, industry, health, logistics, science, education and security.

The possibility of holding an Economic Forum to present Tajikistan’s economic, investment and agricultural opportunities, as well as the potential in renewable energy sources has been also discussed by the sides.

The interlocutors have also considered a range of bilateral, regional and international issues of current interest.
