It was agreed with the Institute for National Security Studies Advisor, Mr. Rohan Guranatre, who attended the “5th Indian Ocean Conference-2021” held in Abu Dhabi, the capital of the UAE, from Sri Lanka, to develop institutional cooperation with think-tanks in Sri Lanka.
