SCO disclosures issues to be discussed at Astana summit

During the Shanghai Cooperation Organization’s Astana summit on July 3-4, detailed discussions will be held in connection with the organization’s role in solving current regional and international problems, as well as the expansion of cooperation in politics, economy, culture, humanitarian and other fields, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan released information in this regard.

Reported that the heads of state and government of Azerbaijan, Türkiye, Russia, Belarus, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Iran, Pakistan, Mongolia, as well as Qatar will participate in the summit.

Noted that UN Secretary General António Guterres and heads of a number of international organizations were also invited to the high-level event.
