A representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Tajikistan attended the Economic Cooperation Organization (ECO) Deputy Foreign Ministers’ Meeting. The meeting was held to discuss issues such as regional cooperation, economic integration and steps towards common interests.
The representative of Tajikistan emphasized that his country, as a member of ECO, fully supports the work for regional development and stability. He also expressed Tajikistan’s readiness to actively participate in projects aimed at enhancing cooperation in the fields of energy, transport and trade. During the meeting, issues such as strengthening economic and trade relations among the member countries, seizing investment opportunities and finding common solutions to regional problems were also discussed. ECO is known as an important organization operating to promote economic cooperation in the region and increase solidarity among member countries. Tajikistan’s participation in this meeting once again demonstrated the importance the country attaches to regional cooperation and development efforts.
