Mongolian Foreign Minister to Pay Working Visit to Japan

Mongolian Foreign Minister Battsetseg Batmunkh will pay an official working visit to Japan. The visit will be aimed at strengthening bilateral relations between the two countries and discussing regional cooperation issues.

During the visit, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Mongolia will meet with senior officials of Japan to discuss new opportunities in the fields of political, economic and cultural cooperation. In particular, issues such as trade, investment, education and technology transfer are expected to be discussed. The visit aims to further advance the strategic partnership between the two countries, Mongolia’s Foreign Ministry said in a statement. They will also exchange views on regional and international issues. Japan is considered one of Mongolia’s major trading partners and the two countries have implemented cooperation projects in various fields in recent years. This visit is expected to reinforce existing cooperation and pave the way for the launch of new projects.
