Kyrgyzstan and Venezuela sign agreement on visa waiver for diplomatic and service passport holders

 Foreign Minister of Kyrgyzstan Jeenbek Kulubaev and Foreign Minister of Venezuela Yvan Gil Pinto signed an agreement between Kyrgyzstan and Venezuela on the abolition of visas for holders of diplomatic and service passports.

The agreement was signed on September 27 on the sidelines of the 79th session of the UN General Assembly in New York.

The Foreign Ministers expressed interest in intensifying bilateral dialogue and discussed potential areas of cooperation.

They noted importance of continuing interaction within the framework of international organizations, especially in the context of Kyrgyzstan’s bid for non-permanent membership in the UN Security Council for 2027-2028.

Foreign Minister Kulubaev also announced Kyrgyzstan’s interest in developing relations with Latin American countries.
