Deputy Chairman of Cabinet of Ministers and Minister of Water Resources, Agriculture and Processing Industry Bakyt Torobaev met with Secretary of the Shaanxi Provincial Communist Party Committee Zhao Yide in Xi’an.
Bakyt Torobaev took a note of a successful start of implementation of the oil refinery project in Kara-Balta town, adding that such projects will be always supported.
“I can’t but note a successful start of the Zhongda oil refinery project. We also support plans of Chinese investors to create the industrial park in the town,” he said.
Zhao Yide expressed interest in strengthening practical cooperation between Shaanxi Province and the Kyrgyz Republic, the regions of Shaanxi Province and Chui region of Kyrgyzstan.
The sides welcomed launch of direct flights between Bishkek and Xi’an and agreed to keep strengthening and expanding practical cooperation in various spheres.
