Kyrgyzstan and ICAO Sign Official Document on ICAO ACT-SAF Program

Kyrgyzstan and the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) signed an official document under the ICAO ACT-SAF Program. This cooperation aims to further improve Kyrgyzstan’s safety and security standards in civil aviation.

The ICAO ACT-SAF Program is an initiative designed to enhance the aviation safety and security management capacities of member countries. In particular, the program aims to provide support in areas such as modernization of aviation infrastructure, training and technical assistance. Officials from the Ministry of Transport of Kyrgyzstan noted that this agreement will make a significant contribution to the country’s compliance with international standards in the aviation sector. They also emphasized that cooperation with ICAO will help Kyrgyzstan play a more active role in the field of aviation safety. ICAO officials also expressed their appreciation for Kyrgyzstan’s progress in civil aviation and believed that this program will further strengthen the country’s aviation safety infrastructure.
