Kyrgyzstan and EU discuss bilateral cooperation prospects

Kyrgyzstan and the European Union (EU) held a meeting to discuss opportunities for mutual cooperation and future joint projects. The meeting was organized as part of Kyrgyzstan’s efforts to develop its relations with Europe.

The meeting discussed potential cooperation opportunities in a number of areas, including trade, economy, environmental protection and digitalization. The sides also exchanged views on reform processes in Kyrgyzstan and joint projects to support sustainable development. EU officials reiterated their support for Kyrgyzstan’s reform efforts and emphasized that this cooperation is important not only for economic but also for social development. They also discussed regional security issues and the importance of green energy projects.
