Kazakhstan’s foreign minister to attend BRICS event

Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan Murat Nurtleu will take part in the ministerial session of the BRICS dialogue in Nizhny Novgorod on June 10-11, Kazakhstan Foreign Ministry’s spokesperson Aibek Smadiyarov said at a briefing.

“On June 10-11, 2024, Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan Murat Nurtleu, at the invitation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Sergey Lavrov, will visit the Russian Federation to participate in the ministerial session of the BRICS dialogue with developing countries. The event will be held in Nizhny Novgorod under the motto ‘Strengthening multilateralism for equitable global development and security’,” Smadiyarov said.
