Volodymyr Zelenskyy to visit US

The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, will visit New York to address the high-level meeting of the UN General Assembly on the eve of the anniversary of Russia’s invasion of his country on February 24, Report’s local bureau informs, citing the UN sources.

Last week, First Deputy Foreign Minister Emine Dzhaparova said that Zelenskyy intends to visit New York to speak in person at the meeting.

The UN officials appreciated Zelenskyy’s intention and invited him to address the meeting of the General Assembly.
