Shavkat Mirziyoyev Meets with Hungarian PM

Today, on the sidelines of the extraordinary Turkic Summit in Ankara, the president Shavkat Mirziyoyev met with Hungarian PM Viktor Orbán, the presidential press service said.

At the beginning of the meeting, Shavkat Mirziyoyev congratulated Viktor Orbán and the friendly Hungarian people with the national holiday – Hungarian Revolution Day.

Reportedly, the parties highlighted that the Uzbek-Hungarian strategic partnership ties and multilateral cooperation were rapidly developing.

They considered support and acceleration of joint investment projects with the participation of leading companies of the countries and focused on the creation of a production area for the establishment effective cooperation between the enterprises of Uzbekistan and Hungary and launching direct flights.
