Martial law, mobilization to be extended in Ukraine

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy has submitted draft laws to the Verkhovna Rada on the approval of the decrees on the extension of martial law and general mobilization in the country, Report informs via RBC-Ukraine.

The texts of the documents have not yet been made public, so it is not yet known for how long martial law will be extended.

Martial law in Ukraine was introduced on February 24. The last time the country’s parliament extended martial law and mobilization for three months – until February 19, 2023
