Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers and Head of the Presidential Administration of Kyrgyzstan Akylbek Japarov took part in the capsule laying ceremony of the Tenir-Too City residential complex and the State Service Center in Naryn town, the President’s Administration said.
During his visit, Japarov said that the Chinese construction company [Jingyuan Fandi] from the city of Kashgar (China) will build a State Service Center, administrative building, where all state services will be located, as well as a residential complex consisting of six 10-storey blocks.
“Representatives of the company promised to complete construction of quality, modern housing within a year,” Japarov noted.
The Cabinet Chief also said that as part of the project “Naryn-Renovation” an innovative center of creative initiatives, a new bus station, a children’s entertainment center and other facilities will be built in the town. In addition, a multi-family housing is being built under mortgage lending.
