First, the deputies considered the issue of a nationwide discussion of the draft Constitutional Law “On Amendments and Additions to the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan”. This was reported by the press service of the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis.
It was noted that the deputies, having left for the regions, held a number of meetings with the participation of citizens in state bodies, self-government bodies of citizens, enterprises, institutions and organizations, explained to the general public the essence and content of constitutional reforms.
