Samarkand is hosting the 9th meeting of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS), APA reports citing the OTS press service.
It was reported that today the Foreign Ministers would conclude the discussions on the issues to be discussed by the heads of state and government of the member countries of the organization on November 11 and the documents to be signed.
