Organization of Turkic States held a Meeting of Foreign Ministers

Today, on January 11, Deputy of the and Foreign Minister of Turkmenistan Rashid Meredov joined to the online meeting of Foreign Ministers of the Organization of Turkic States. R. Meredov highlighted the importance of Organization of Turkic States Summit held in Istanbul in November 12, 2021.

In that sense it was noted that Turkmenistan President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov’s speech in the summit was highlighed. The president said, “Our countries are united with old historical roots, and mutual understanding promoting peace and stability.”

The Minister claimed that Turkmenistan will follow the cooperation with the member states of the organization for permanent peace and stability which guarantees economic, social and humanitarian development.
R. Meredov mentioned about the incidents happened in Kazakhstan lately, and underlined the Turkmenistan’s will on normalization of the situation in the country, and wished stable development socio-politically and socio-economically in Kazakhstan.

R. Meredov expressed his wishes on peace and welfare to the Kazakh people, and ensure them Turkmenistan will show the effort on stabilization.

At the same time, he expressed that Turkmenistan is ready for any kind of support in every social and humanitarian areas, as Turkmenistan is known in the world as a neutral state.
