The time and place of the next meeting between Turkish Special Representative Sardar Kilic and Armenian Special Representative Ruben Rubinyan have been announced, APA reports.
“The next meeting of the special representatives of Armenia and Turkey in the Armenia-Turkey normalization process will take place on February 24 in Vienna,” Spokesman for the Armenian Foreign Ministry said on Twitter.
