“South Caucasus Railway Company (SCR – Russian Railways (RZD) subsidiary) will be an operator of Arazdeyen-Julfa-Ordubad-Mehri-Horadiz railway, which will combine Armenian and Azerbaijani territories,” said Armenia’s Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan at a governmental meeting today, APA-Economics reports citing TASS.
“We will have regular bilateral relations on the restoration of the railway because the operator of the infrastructure is SCR. Russian Railways Company is one of the most serious companies of the world in this field,” added M. Grigoryan.
