Next meeting of Turkish and Armenian special envoys not to be held in Moscow

The next meeting of Turkish and Armenian special envoys will not be held in Moscow, APA reports citing Turkey’s NTV channel.

Note that both countries have appointed special envoys for normalizing relations. The first meeting of the special envoys was held in Moscow on January 14 this year.
