Iranian minister reviewed railway project in Zangazur corridor

The delegation led by Minister of Roads and Urban Development of Iran, Co-Chair of the Iran-Azerbaijan Intergovernmental Joint Economic Cooperation Commission Rustam Gasemi has visited our country, the press service of Ministry of Digital Development and Transport told APA.

Iranian delegation together with the delegation led by Azerbaijan’s Deputy Prime Minister Shahin Mustafayev visited the liberated territories from the occupation.

They viewed transport and other infrastructure projects in those territories.

The guests also got acquainted with the construction of the second airport under construction in the liberated areas – Zangilan International Airport.

Afterward, the road tunnels built in the Zangazur corridor and the railway project in Jojuq Marjanli settlement were inspected, and presentations on road and railway projects were heard.
