“We observe that the Armenian side has put forward condition on delimitation and demarcation of the borders. This does no assist to positive dynamic,” said Azerbaijan’s Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov at the joint press conference with his Moldovan counterpart, APA reports.
“Azerbaijan fully following its commitments on delimitation and demarcation, without any condition, stated that it is ready for the process,” the minister stressed.
