“Azerbaijan became committed to negotiations with Armenia on Nagorno-Karabakh over 30 years. Azerbaijan was ready for all initiatives, continued negotiations, but unfortunately, the process was fruitless due to Armenia’s position,” said Azerbaijan’s Ambassador to Turkey Rashad Mammadov while a meeting with media representatives, who provided support in the path to Karabakh Victory, in Istanbul, APA‘s bureau in Turkey reports.

“We are in favor of peace in the Caucasus, normalization of relations of both Turkey and Azerbaijan with Armenia. We are in favor of establishment of close economic relations among our nations. Sustainable peace will arrive in the region after a peace agreement, Azerbaijan’s and Armenia’s recognition each other’s territorial integrity,” Ambassador added.
