Head of the Cabinet Adylbek Kasymaliev met with the British Ambassador to Kyrgyzstan Nicholas Bowler and discussed bilateral projects and cooperation issues.
During the meeting, they assessed the current state of relations between Kyrgyzstan and the United Kingdom and exchanged views on projects aimed at strengthening economic, social and cultural cooperation between the two countries. Adylbek Kasymaliev expressed Kyrgyzstan’s willingness to develop its relations with the UK, especially in the areas of investment, trade and education. Ambassador of the UK Nicholas Bowler expressed his pleasure to develop partnerships with Kyrgyzstan and said that the British government will continue to support the sustainable development of Kyrgyzstan. The meeting also discussed the implementation of joint initiatives in priority areas such as environmentally friendly projects, renewable energy and human resource development. At the end of the meeting, the sides pledged to work together to continue the friendly relations and joint projects between the two countries.
