Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Akylbek Japarov met with Asian Development Bank Country Director Zheng Wu, the Cabinet of Ministers reported.
The parties considered issues of bilateral cooperation, including the construction of the Almaty-Issyk-Kul highway, which will open up opportunities for economic growth and tourism, significantly reducing travel time, as well as the development of road checkpoints on the Kyrgyz-Kazakh state border.
The sides noted the importance of implementing significant infrastructure projects that contribute to sustainable economic growth and strengthening regional cooperation.
