Moscow does not want to sever diplomatic relations with the United States, said Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov, Report informs.
But he did not rule out the possibility of breaking diplomatic relations:
“If Washington decides that ties with Moscow are not needed, then it can happen.”
