China is ready to continue developing strategic partnership relations with Iran and support Tehran in countering foreign interference, Deputy Prime Minister of the State Council Hu Chunhua said at a meeting in Tehran with Iranian President Ibrahim Raisi, Report informs via Interfax.
“China views Sino-Iranian relations from a strategic perspective, and its determination to develop a comprehensive strategic partnership with Iran is unwavering,” Chinese vice premier said.
He stressed that Beijing “firmly supports the Iranian side in countering external interference and protecting national sovereignty, territorial integrity and national dignity.”
