Kyrgyzstan and the United Arab Emirates signed a Memorandum of understanding on the Modernization of Public Administration

Kyrgyzstan and the United Arab Emirates (UAE) signed a memorandum of understanding to strengthen cooperation in the field of modernization of public administration and digital transformation. The agreement is aimed at more efficient and transparent delivery of public services.

The agreement was signed between the Ministry of Digital Development of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Ministry of Public Services and State Policy of the UAE. The signing ceremony was held during a series of talks aimed at further advancing strategic cooperation between the two countries. The Kyrgyz Minister of Digital Development noted that the agreement is an important step to strengthen the country’s digital infrastructure and facilitate citizens’ access to public services. For their part, the UAE officials emphasized that this cooperation will further develop relations between the two countries and will allow sharing innovative solutions in public administration. This memorandum of understanding envisages the exchange of knowledge and experience, especially in areas such as e-government applications, data management and digitalization of public services. Through this cooperation, the two countries aim to create a more effective and efficient system in public administration.
