Ambassadors of Kyrgyzstan and Ethiopia Discuss Economic Cooperation

Ambassador of Kyrgyzstan to Turkey Ruslan Kazakbayev met with Ambassador of Ethiopia to Turkey Adem Muhammed Mahmud to discuss economic cooperation opportunities between the two countries. During the meeting, steps to increase cooperation in trade, investment and other areas were discussed.

The Kyrgyz Ambassador emphasized the need to strengthen existing relations between the two countries and explore new areas of cooperation. Increasing cooperation, especially in sectors such as agriculture, tourism and energy, would be beneficial for both countries. Ethiopian officials, in turn, expressed great importance to the development of relations with Kyrgyzstan and expressed readiness to work on new agreements and protocols that can be signed between the two countries. They also discussed the establishment of direct trade links between the two countries and the promotion of mutual investments. The two sides agreed that these steps would strengthen both economic and diplomatic relations.
